Julianne Moore
Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is a Hollywood actor, writer and best-selling novelist. Her talents have won her international recognition. Sagittarius is her birth name, and she was born at the state of North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She's the oldest of three siblings. She was born to Peter Moore Smith who was an Army paratrooper. Her mother Anne is a psychotherapist. She's English and Scottish. Moore moved frequently with her family because of the work that her dad was employed in. This was a challenge to keep or meet new friends. When her family moved to Germany Moore attended Frankfurt American High School where she began appearing in plays. Her education continued at Boston University where she graduated in 1983 with B.F.A. In 1983 she graduated with an B.F.A. Moore started her theater career off Broadway and in New York, after she completed her degree. Moore made her debut on screen in 1985 with an episode in the show The Edge of Night. In 1986 she was cast in two role of Sabrina Hughes, and Frannie Hughes on the show As the World Spins. The role provided her with the break that led to her achievement. She was on this show until 1988 and won the Daytime Emmy Award for her performance. In 1990, she made her cinematic debut in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie that was later criticized as the worst low-budget production. Short Cuts (1997) and 3 Women (1993), both Robert Altman productions, were her first films. For the former, she won several awards and the acclamation of critics. Moore received her first film role as the lead role on the screen in Safe (1996). Steven Spielberg, who was the producer of Jurassic Park: The Lost World in 1997, and one of that year's biggest grossing films, had Moore cast as the main actor. The film she starred in was Magnolia (1999), which received a favourable review and earned a SAG nomination for her part. In 2002, she co-starred with The Hours which got nominated for nine Academy Awards with Nicole Kidman and Meryl Streep. Moore has also starred in The Forgotten (2004), Freedomland 2006, Shelter 2010, etc. She appeared in Non-Stop (2014). Moore has been in many movies and television shows. Most recently, she starred as the lead in When You Finish Saving The World (2022). She has made her mark as a star in Hollywood as well as being a children's author. The first novel she wrote Freckleface Strawberry was published in 2007, and was a bestseller on the The New York Times. Bestseller. The book was made into a series as well as a music. In 2013, she published Her Mom is A Foreigner. Moore has a public life as an accomplished writer and actress. She split from John Robin in 1995. Bart Freundlich, whom Moore was later married in 2003 is a father of two with Moore. Moore's life is all about her children, friends, and profession.
